Homes by Felicity For Sale By Owner Limited Service Agents
Time To Sell:  Working with us will help you sell at least 20 days faster than doing it on your own. Studies have shown that an FSBO will take at least 20+ days longer to sell. ** Depends on the agent and their level of service.
Typical Sales Price: Your house will sell for approximately 13% more* when you work with us! An FSBO will sell for 13% less* than if you chose to hire an agent. Limited service agents will not typically offer negotiation services.
Marketing Costs: None – We pay for all marketing involved in selling your home. You could wind up spending thousands in listings, signage, open houses, and printing costs. You will likely have to do the majority of the marketing on your own.
Types Of Marketing Included: Not only will you receive an MLS listing, but your property will also be featured on many top online sites. We will create professional signage, host an open house and more! You will have to decide which marketing options you will want to pay for and pursue. Typically only an MLS listing.
Time Commitment From You:  As little as possible. We pride ourselves on being able to handle all of the details on your behalf. You could find yourself spending several hours each week showing the house, answering buyer questions, taking calls and handling the marketing, closing and escrow process. Several hours per week as much of the work will need to be done by you.
Fees / Commissions:  Only the standard commission. There are no additional fees to worry about. Marketing costs, listing fees and more. Usually a flat fee or reduced commission.
Legal / Contract / Advice:  Everything is included. We handle the contracts, paperwork, escrow, and closing to ensure everything is done right and legally. You will be responsible for the contracts, escrow and all other legal aspects of the sale. This is typically very limited. It varies agent to agent.

We want you to make the decision that is right for you. Your best interest is what matters to us most, and it shows in our level of service. Consider what we are able to do for you. If you were to sell on your own, how much are your time and energy worth? You can spend several hours a week trying to sell your house. But when you work with TWENTY FOUR SEVEN REALTY, you can rest assured that even the smallest detail will be handled by us.

Consider These Important Factors When Selling Your House In San Diego County…

  1. What will selling really cost? When you work with TWENTY FOUR SEVEN REALTY, you will pay the standard commission and nothing more. When you attempt to sell your house on your own, or with a limited services agent, you will need to pay for the listing, marketing and all the costs that go into a successful sale.
  2. How much time will you need to spend to sell your house? Think of all the work that goes into selling. From handling the marketing to taking calls from potential buyers to working with the title company to handling escrow, it can end up taking much more time than you may think. How much is your time worth and are you prepared to handle everything that comes along with selling?
  3. Do you have real estate experience? You will need to list the home at the right price, make sure you have a clean title, and process all the paperwork and contracts to ensure everything is done legally. Many novice sellers make mistakes that ultimately cost thousands. We can help you avoid these kinds of mistakes!

In that respect, brokers appear to add value,” the Stanford researchers declared. The Northwestern study found that it takes on average 20 days longer to sell a house on a FSBO site versus the MLS or an agent.
